Giving Avenues at Grand Centre Alliance

We currently have four main giving avenues available for you to support the ministries at GC Alliance Church described below.

Donation receipts are printed in early January each year, and regardless of which method you choose, it is important that you provide us with any changes to your mailing address.

Sunday Offerings

Please use our offering envelopes so we can receipt you when you put in Sunday offerings or use the debit machine. Giving envelopes are available at the back of the sanctuary or by the debit machine for you to give by cheque, cash or debit. If you will be giving regularly and wish for your name to not show on the donation envelope you can request numbered envelopes at the Info Desk/Coffee bar.

Debit Machine

The debit machine in the foyer accepts Interac for you to make donations with (we do not accept credit cards). Please use the envelopes provided next to the machine and write down your amount(s) and your name or donor number as we will not be able to receipt you without one of the two. The debit transaction does not provide any personal identification information and it is not possible to link you to the transaction unless we have a name or donor number on the envelope.

Pre-Authorized Payments(PAP)

We deposit PAPs twice a month, on the 2nd and 17th of the month or the first banking day after those dates when they are on a weekend or bank holiday. If you wish to make use of this regular form of giving, please print and fill out the PAP application form. Attach a void cheque or banking information form and either drop it off at the church office, fax it, or scan and email it to the email address on bottom of the form.

E-transfer

Send donations to us through online banking using the email address finance@gcalliance.orgDo not send E-tranfers to the Office email address! Please make sure that you give us your first and last name so that we know who is sending the money and also your full mailing address if it is your first donation. You will need to add any fund designations in the message box. If you leave it blank, your donations will go into the Operating Fund.

Regular Mail

A final option is to send cheques through the mail to the address at the bottom of the webpage.
