Watoto Children’s Choir
WATOTO MEANS ... "THE CHILDREN"
The Watoto Children's Choir visited Cold Lake on Feb 19th and 20th and put on several concerts at the Cold Lake Energy Centre. There was a concert open to the general public on the evening of the 19th and two more for schools from the city of Cold Lake and as far as Bonnyville and Iron River on the 20th. A total of $14,641 was raised and sent to Watoto Canada from the concerts and various fundraising efforts in the schools and community.
